Jenningsville

During a recent quick trip through The GrandFatherland, Rick and I knew we were on course to find the town of Jenningsville; after all, we had just passed through Laceyville, and we knew if we just stayed on Route 6, we'd drive right through it. Well, that's exactly what we did. We never saw the Jenningsville road sign, and before we knew it, we saw that we were approaching the back of another sign, coming up on the opposite side of the road! We were leaving Jenningsville, before we knew we were in it!

We slowed down, and sure enough, it said JENNINGSVILLE. We stopped and took a picture. However, the biggest treat was a stop to look at the Jenningsville Methodist Church. Above the door is the name of the church in stained glass. Here's a portion of the window. It's pretty cool seeing your name in stained glass.
